Bicycle Tires: Measures to Expiry

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2008/39 published in the Turkish Official Gazette no. 27084 dated 18th of December 2008 (http://antidamping.blogspot.com/2008/12/ithalatta-haksz-rekabetin-nlenmesine_872.html), declared that the anti-dumping measures against rubber tires and inner tubes of rubber for bicycles originating from Chinese Taiwan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam are going to expire on the 27th of September 2008 unless domestic producers submit a petition for the initiation of an expiry (sunset) review.
