Turkey initiates expiry review of anti-dumping duties on certain chains

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2008/37 published in the Turkish Official Gazette no. 27083 dated 17th of December 2008 (http://antidamping.blogspot.com/2008/12/ithalatta-haksz-rekabetin-nlenmesine.html), initiated an expiry (sunset) review of anti-dumping duties on stud-links and other welded links of iron or steel originating from the People’s Republic of China.
