The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué 2008/30, adopted a preliminary measure in the anti-subsidy investigation on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films originating from India. As a result Indian exporters will have to pay a security ranging betwenn 6.14 to 21.81 % of the CIF value of the subject merchandise. This is the first anti-subsidy investigation of Turkey.
