The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué 2008/17, concluded an anti-circumvention investigation on Chinese imports of gas fuelled, non refillable pocket lighters, gas fuelled, refillable pocket lighters with electrical ignition system and gas chambers of plastic for pocket lighters consigned through Vietnam. The anti-dumping duties in question are extended to products originating from and/or consigned through Vietnam. The single Vietnamese exporter which co-operated with the Turkish authorities throughout the investigation is exempted.
