The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2008/32 of 15th of November 2008, imposed an anti-dumping duty of 2.65 USD/kg. on sensitized offset printing plates made of aluminium from the People's Republic of China.
The anti-dumping investigation was initiated in March 2008. None of the Chinese producers co-operated with the Undersecretariat. As a result the investigation was completed in a short period of time.
