Metallised Yarn: Measure to Expiry

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2008/39 published in the Turkish Official Gazette no. 27084 dated 18th of December 2008 (http://antidamping.blogspot.com/2008/12/ithalatta-haksz-rekabetin-nlenmesine_872.html), declared that the anti-dumping measure against metallised yarn (HST 5605) originating from the People's Republic of China, Chinese Taiwan, South Korea and India is going to expire on the 24th of September 2008 unless domestic producers submit a petition for the initiation of an expiry (sunset) review.
