Turkey Imposes Anti-Dumping Measure on Laminate Parquet

The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2008/24 of 30th of July 2008, imposed anti-dumping duties on laminate parquet originating from the People’s Republic of China. The Undersecretariat determined that the local producers are under threat of material injury resulting from significant dumping margins. The amount of the duty is 1.60 USD/m2 for the five Chinese companies that co-operated and 2.60 USD/m2 for all others.
