The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2008/28 of 2nd of August 2008, extended the scope of the anti-dumping measure on ballpoint pens of plastic with liquid ink and propelling or sliding pencils of plastic to include sets of pens and pencils. As a result the anti-dumping duty of 0.066 USD per piece for ballpoint pens of plastic with liquid ink and 0.040 USD per piece for propelling or sliding pencils of plastic will also apply to each of these articles in sets of pens and pencils. The original measure had been imposed in March 2004.
