The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué no. 2008/25 of 1st of August 2008, determined that revoking the existing anti-dumping duty on woven fabrics of synthetic filament yarn originating from People’s Republic of China, Chinese Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia and Thailand is likely to result in the continuation or reoccurrence of dumping and injury. As a result the measure will remain in force. The percentages of the duties were revised downwards. The original measure was imposed in February 2002.
